I moved from Somerset to the Lake District in my early twenties, mostly drawn by the mountains. I have always loved walking and rock climbing so Keswick felt like an adventure playground to me, and still does.
I’ve been in Keswick for over 20 years now and have always worked in the adventure and travel industry, whether that’s as an outdoor pursuits instructor, an adventure travel consultant, or content writer for outdoor providers. One of my favourite things about living in a small town like Keswick is that every face is familiar. We regularly bump into one another in the hills, so I already knew most of the team when I started working at Archipelago Choice.
At Archipelago Choice, I am responsible for helping with marketing and content. I love hearing from our customers, as it helps me create content that is useful to our followers. Though I don’t arrange holidays, I have travelled to the Azores and Madeira with my two girls and would be happy to you if you are considering a family holiday to any of our destinations.
